CHAPLIN Terry Died peacefully at Great Western Hospital on 7th May, 2023, aged 81 years with his wife and family by his side. The wonderful Husband of Sheila, much loved Dad of Louisa and Theresa and adored Grandad of Jessica and Charlotte, Terry will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A celebration of Terry's life will take place at North Wiltshire Crematorium, Royal Wootton Bassett on Wednesday, 24th May at 1.00pm. The family would like to give grateful thanks to the Doctors, amazing Nurses and Health Care Assistants who cared for Terry so well during his time in Jupiter ward.
