ROWLAND Rick Passed away peacefully on 8th April 2023. Dearly loved husband of Marion, Dad to Matthew and David, Grandpa to Imogen, Zelie, Sofia and Max. Former town councillor of Devizes. Funeral to be held on Friday 28th April, at 4.15pm at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington. Family flowers only.
