EVANS Roy Edward Of Priestley Grove, Calne, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday 18th January, aged 84. A much loved father and grandfather, he will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. Roy lived in Calne for 55 years and was well known in the town, having an interest in people from all walks of life. Roy's funeral is to be led by Reverend Bob Kenway at St Mary's Church, Calne, on Thursday 11th February at 13.45. The service will be followed by cremation, for which Catherine, Jane, Robert and Alex politely request that they privately accompany their father. Flowers from immediate family only.
