GOEBEL - STANILAND Karon Joan Edith of Marlborough Passed away peacefully in the care of Highfield Residential Home on 6th May 2020, aged 87 years. Very much loved Wife, Mum, Nana, Great Nana and friend to many. Karon was well known as an artist and teacher who made and sold her art in the town she loved over many years, she will be sadly missed and very fondly remembered by all those who knew and loved her. A family burial will take place at Marlborough Cemetery on Friday 22nd May 2020, a service to celebrate Karon's colourful life will be held at a later date where all will be welcome. Karon will leave from St Martin's, where she lived, at 1.35pm then onto the High Street and finally Silverless Street where her studio was, before making her way to the town cemetery. If you would like to pay your respects to Karon you are welcome to gather in the High Street, please respect social distancing.
