KAUFFMANN Bracken Anne MBE Passed away peacefully at Goatacre Manor Care Centre, Calne on Monday 13th April 2020, aged 81. Dearly beloved Mother, Sister and Grandmother who will forever live on in our hearts. A private family funeral will take place on May 7. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date for all family and friends.
