CROOK Phyllis Georgina Passed away peacefully at R.U.H., Bath on 25th February 2020, aged 97. A dearly loved wife of the late Robert Crook. Much loved mother to her daughters Lilian and Rosemary and mother in law to Chris. Loving nan to Vicki and Alison, great nan to Laura, Emily, Jack, Josh, Lewis, Luca and Lenny and great great nan to Oliver. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by everyone that knew her. Funeral Service to take place at 2.30pm on Monday 16th March 2020, at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington. Family flowers only, donations is desired, going to Chippenham Link Transport c/o F W Jones & Son, Funeral Directors, 30 Market Place, Chippenham, SN15 3HP.
