STEVENS James (Jim) Passed peacefully away at Great Western Hospital on 1st December 2019. Aged only 52 years, after bravely suffering from MND (Motor Neuron Disease). Beloved son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all. Funeral Service to be held at West Wilts Crematorium, Semington on Tuesday 17th December at 12.15 pm. Family request wear something blue and family flowers only. Donations to Dorothy House Hospice Care, Winsley c/o A.P. McDonald Funeral Services. Wake to follow at the Bell on the Green Devizes. Family would like to thank many friends for their messages.
