BAISH David Passed away peacefully at The Great Western Hospital on 30th April 2019, aged 68 years, surrounded by his family. He will be hugely missed and forever cherished by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, on Friday 24th May 2019 at 1.45pm.
