JACKS Sylvia of Chippenham (formerly Lacock) Passed away peacefully on the 14th April 2019, aged 94 years. A much loved mum to Martin & Simon, Mother-in-law, Grandmother & Great Grandmother. Sylvia will be sadly missed by all her family & friends. A service celebrating her life will take place on Thursday, 2nd May at Sheldon Road Methodist Church, Chippenham at 12.30pm.
