Brigadier George Noel Powell DL Died peacefully at home on 2 April 2019. Much loved husband of Josephine and the late Charmian, father to James and Simon, grandfather to Camilla and Annabelle, great grandfather to Rosie. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. A private funeral will take place on 23 April 2019 for family and close friends. A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate George's life will be held at 2.30 p.m. on 7 May 2019 at St Martin's Church, Bremhill, Wiltshire, all are welcome to attend. If you wish to attend the Service of Thanksgiving please inform Simon / Sarah Powell Email: srhpowell@aol.com of your intentions by 17 April 2019 so the caterer can be informed of numbers.
