PERRY Evelyn Ethel Joan Peacefully passed away at the Royal United Hospital, Bath on 28th February 2019, aged 98 years. Dearly loved mother of Juliet and son in law Norman, Grandmother to Caroline, David, Mark and Jane. Funeral service to take place on Monday 18th March 2019, West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired will be collected for Help for Heroes or can be sent c/o F W Jones and Son Funeral Directors, 30 Market Place, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 3HP.
