TALBOT Rachel Passed away peacefully at GWH Swindon on 20th November 2018, aged 86 years. Loving Mum, Granny and Great Granny. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 11th December, 1.00pm at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington. Family flowers only, donations to Dementia UK may be sent c/o F W Jones and Son Funeral Directors, 30 Market Place, Chippenham, SN15 3HP
