HART Andrew Chisholm Loving husband to Irene. Devoted father to Hayley. Much loved son of Rita Dauncey and much missed brother to Martine, Debbie, John and Tom. Passed away peacefully on Saturday 27 October 2018, aged 61. Service to be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium at 10.00am on Friday 16 November 2018. Family flowers only.
