HART Andrew Passed away at Royal United Hospital, Bath on Saturday 27th October 2018, at the age of 61. Service will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium at 10.00am on Friday 16th November. Family flowers only, donations will be gratefully accepted on behalf of MSA (Multiple System Atrophy) c/o F W Jones and Son, 30 Market Place, Chippenham, SN15 3HP
