YATES Phyllis Louisa Passed away peacefully on 28th October 2018, aged 90 years. Beloved wife to the late Christopher, much loved mother of Pauline and Richard and a dear nan to Geoffrey, Sue, Rebecca and Gary. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Monday 12th November at 1.45pm. Family flowers only.
