FRUEN Jack Sadly passed away on 18th October 2018 at the Royal United Hospital, Bath, aged 85 years. Much loved husband of Monica, beloved father and grandfather. Will be sadly missed by all. Service to be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Wednesday 7th November 2018 at 10.45am. Family flowers only.
