Notice of application to varya Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is herebygiven that Moto Hospitality Ltd in respect of Premises known as Moto Leigh Delamere Eastbound, Between Junction 17 and 18, M4 Motorway, Chippenham, SN14 6LB applied to Wiltshire Council for aVariation of aPremises Licence.

The proposed variation is: To amalgamate two existing licences (LN/000006366 as existing and addLN/003382 NL to the existing licence) which permit the sale of alcohol off the premises 0700 to 2300 MondaytoSunday and Late Night Refreshment MondaytoSunday 2300 to 0500 the following morning. Also to extend the sale of alcohol off the premises to include the forecourt shop 0700 to 2300 Mondayto Sunday.
To incorporate the opening hours from Premise Licence LN/003382 NL to permit 24 hours opening Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Officer, WiltshireCouncil, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER no later than 9th November 2016 stating the grounds forrepresentation. The register of WiltshireCouncil and the recordofthe application maybeinspected at the address of the council,given above,during normal business hours or on
the council's website -www.wiltshire.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such afalse statement be made.
