NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 9(1) (B) THE EDUCATION (DETERMINATION OF ADMISSION ARRANGEMENTS) (AMENDMENT) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2002

The Governors of Holy Trinity CE Primary Academy, Great Cheverell, as the admission authority for this school, are consulting on the following changes to our admissions arrangements for 2018-19.

To comply with the faith criterion requirements, the applicant must belong to a Recognised Church or Religious Group which means a church that is the same denomination as (or is in fellowship with or partnership with) a member of: Churches Together in Britain and Ireland (see ctbi.org.uk); the Evangelical Alliance (see eauk.org); the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (see www.fiec.org.uk); Affinity fellowship of Churches (see www.affinity.org.uk).

Siblings living within the designated area will have a higher priority than other children living within the designated area.

Any person or body with an interest in this matter is entitled to respond to this consultation if they wish.
