We, Scout & Sage Spirits Ltd of 7 Mill Lane, Box, Nr Corsham SN13 8PH apply for a Premises Licence under the Premises Licensing Act 2003 as follows:

Details of application:
To allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to the general public including online sales as follows:
Monday To Sunday 00:00 to 00:00

The Licensing Register may be inspected at The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Health & Protection, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER between 9am - 4:30pm Mon to Fri (excluding bank holidays).
Any representation by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 13th OCTOBER 2016.
