Wiltshire Police have appealed to the public for help after a family garage near Chippenham was burgled.
The garage, which is attached to a home in The Butts, Biddestone, was broken into at some point between February 6 and March 5, 2024, but police officers have struggled to identify an exact date due to lack of security footage.
A petrol chainsaw and a strimmer were stolen from the garage in Biddestone, but it is presumed that the owner did not realise the burglary had taken place for some time.
Now Wiltshire Police are appealing for anyone in the area who may have doorbell footage or anyone who could have information about this burglary to get in touch.
"We are appealing for information following a burglary at a home near Chippenham," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"Anyone with information should call 101 and quote crime reference number 54240027436.
"Alternatively, call CrimeStoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
