Fire crews from Swindon tackled a huge blaze near Lyneham.
The fire started at Barnes Agricultural Services in Dauntsey at around 8pm on Thursday evening and a plume of thick black smoke could be seen for miles around.
It started in a crop sprayer before spreading to two timber framed buildings and two nearby mobile homes.
Vehicles stored in the buildings were destroyed, as were a number of cylinders that were involved in the fire.
Fire crews from Malmesbury, Royal Wootton Bassett, Westlea and Chippenham also attended.
They were aided by an aerial ladder platform from Swindon Fire Station, water carriers from Pewsey and Gloucestershire, a rescue service from Cheltenham and a control unit from Stratton St Margaret.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue released a statement earlier this month warning farmers to take steps to prevent fires in agricultural equipment like combine harvesters.
