A MAN in his thirties was taken to Salisbury District Hospital following a barn fire in West Lavington this morning.
Three fire crews from Amesbury, Devizes and Westbury attended a barn fire at Gore Cross in West Lavington at 11.43am this morning (Friday February 19).
The fire crews used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire and forks to break up the hay. Wooden panels had to be cut away to ensure the fire was totally put out.
Another person was attended to by paramedics at the scene but was in stable condition.
